"Meeting other women like myself gave me the validation that I do belong in the trades. It opened me up to a world of supportive strong women that genuinely are there for each other and want to help one another get through our day to day problems… we are all so alike and understand each other so deeply. We are also there to celebrate and enjoy the good times too! This group opened me up to a world of women that I can relate to and “talk shop” with that aren’t only the men I work with.
