The WOS team is looking for a few passionate individuals who want to help us support, strengthen, and empower our growing community. If you are interested in volunteering on our Events Committee please submit your information below.

WHAT'S INVOLVED

  • Attend bi-weekly Events Committee meetings

  • Identify and secure event sponsors

  • Recruit exhibitors and promote exhibitor opportunities

  • Plan and coordinate event competitions and activities

  • Support and engage the Women On Site community

  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and execution

  • Collaborate with the committee to develop new event ideas and initiatives

  • Take on additional volunteer opportunities based on interests, skills, and availability
